1. How consent works
When you first visit, a banner lets you accept all, reject all or choose by category: Analytics, Marketing and Chat. Nothing in those categories loads before you choose. Your choice is kept in your browser for 6 months; after that the banner asks again. You can change it at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
2. Necessary (always on)
The website needs these to work. They are first party and are not used to track you.

The forms are protected from spam without cookies or third parties: a hidden field, a minimum time to fill the form and a limit on how many forms one connection can send.
3. Analytics (only if you accept)
Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, counts visits and how the site is used, so B1 can improve it. Google Tag Manager itself only loads after you accept Analytics or Marketing.

4. Marketing (only if you accept)
Measure B1’s ads and show relevant B1 ads on other websites. Set only by the tags B1 enables in Google Tag Manager.

5. Chat (only if you accept)
Zoho SalesIQ runs the live chat with B1’s team, on Zoho’s EU servers. When you accept Chat, SalesIQ sets its own cookies to keep the conversation and identify returning chat visitors (names starting with “zld”, “_zldp” and “_zldt”, and “LS_CSRF_TOKEN”). Their durations are set by Zoho and described in Zoho’s cookie policy (zoho.com/privacy/cookie-policy.html). Without Chat consent, the chat does not load.
6. How to control cookies
Use “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page to change your choice. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser; blocking the necessary ones may stop parts of the website, such as the offer banner, from working as intended.
