Until when can I choose or change my session?
Up to 30 days before the camp for Residential and 14 days before for Training.
What if B1 cancels a session?
You choose another date, or receive a full refund if there’s no suitable alternative.
What if my visa is denied?
You receive a refund minus the value of the kit, within 90 days of the official denial.
What if I don’t choose a date before the season closes?
Your CAMP PASS converts into equivalent weeks of B1 IMMERSION, this season or next.
Can I get my money back?
Early Bird and Last Call CAMP PASSES are non-refundable in all circumstances. CAMP PASS Refundable costs the active tier’s price (Early Bird −20% or Last Call −10%) plus €150 cancellation protection: cancel before the deadline and get that price back; the €150 is non-refundable.
